As the viscosity of UHMW-PE molten state reaches up to 108Pa*s, liquidity is poor, and melt index is almost zero, so UHMW-PE is hard to be processed by general mechanical processing method.

The extrusion line is newly developed based on European technique and systemic study and research of new type pipe production line; It’s suitable for PE,PP and other polyolefine pipes high-speed extrusion.

Three layers co-extrusion film blowing machine is composed of three single screw extruders, three layer composite co-extrusion die , cooling system, tractor, film coiling device, temperature and electric control system.

1, Very high wear resistance. One of the most remarkable properties of UHMWPE is its extremely high wear resistance, which is very valuable in many engineering applications. In all plastics, the wear resistance is best, which is better than regular grinding of many metal materials (such as carbon steel, stainless steel, bronze, etc.). As the molecular weight increases, the wear resistance of the material also increases.2, High impact resistance. The impact strength of uhmwpe is related to its molecular weight.

Uhmwpe pipe making machine features1. According to our years of experiment and practice, the small screw pitch and big screw diameter are adopted for our UHMWPE pipe extrusion line. The production line can melt the UHMWPE, whose melt index is near 0, and slowly extrude it continuously.2. Our UHMWPE pipe extruder, comparing with normal plastic pipe extrusion machine, doesn’t need the cooling fan for the spiral barrel. Each section of the UHMWPE pipe extrusion machine comes with an independent control system, so the temperature precision and energy efficiency are both great.

To shaping the pipe with cooled mold, we add to the nozzle and core rod. Low temperature heat conduction oil will be injected into the pipe through the mold temperature control mechanism to cool the mold and shape the pipe material. In comparison to regular PE pipe extrusion machinery, our UHMWPE pipe extrusion machine is much cheaper due to the absence of vacuum shaping sleeve, vacuum box, and traction machine.
